The oldest in the world, the Accademia delle Arti del Disegno (Academy of the Arts of Drawing), founded in 1563 by Giorgio Vasari and Cosimo I de Medici, originated from the San Luca Company, formed in 1339, which included among its members Lorenzo Ghiberti, Donatello, Benozzo Gozzoli, Leonardo da Vinci, Michelangelo Buonarroti, Benvenuto Cellini, Andrea Palladio, Galileo Galilei and Pablo Picasso. https://www.aadfi.it/

Held at the Hall of the Academy of the Arts of Drawing, the exhibition presents 16 award-winning artists from the 2025 Florence Biennale, including Ella Baudinet, Marek Błażucki, Paola de Dominicis, Chen Gang, Jef Horvers, Jiang Miao, Luxarti, Michelle Gialanze, Mister Geez, Maria Pavlovska, Ramona Russu, Mia Segaert, Sue Schroeder, Stephanie Wallendjack, Wang Yiran, and Toria Ya Tuo, with special contributions from Guests of Honour Gabriel Isak, Andrea Prandi, Emily Young, and Liku Maria Takahashi.
